What products do you sell?

I make museum-quality prints of my digital artwork on thick and durable matte paper. 

  • Paper weight: 189gsm and 200gsm
  • Sizes available: 21×30cm to 70x100cm and A4 to A0

      Does the final print colour match what your website displays?

      I’ve made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear on my website, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest shops. However, I can’t guarantee that your phone or computer screen will accurately match mine.

      How are your products made?

      I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

      Do you ship Internationally?

      Yes! :-) I ship to most countries except for Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea and Syria due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

      Do you accept returns?

      Sorry, I can’t offer returns, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at info@atelierarantes.com or via the Messenger button on this page within a week of receiving your order, and I'll see what I can do! If you did not receive your order, please see Shipping.

      Do you offer refunds?

      Only customers who receive incorrect or damaged items are eligible for a refund. If any of these apply, please contact me at info@atelierarantes.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include in your email photos of the damaged/incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll notify you once I’ve received and reviewed your email. I’ll then either refund you on your original payment method as soon as possible, or alternatively I can re-send the print you ordered if you prefer. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

      Do you offer exchange?

      At this time, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’ve received the incorrect item, please let me know at info@atelierarantes.com or via the Messenger button on this page. Please do so within a week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the incorrect item, and I’ll send you a new one.
