返金ポリシー
Only customers who receive wrong or damaged items are eligible for a refund. If any of these apply, please contact me at info@atelierarantes.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include in your email photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I will notify you once I have received and reviewed your email. I will then refund you on your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
